    June 18, 2026 - June 19, 2026

    Hyatt Regency Austin
    Austin, Texas

The landscape of cancer treatment is constantly evolving, with new evidence and clinical findings emerging at a rapid pace. The Oncology Pharmacists Connect conference, developed in partnership with the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), is specifically designed for oncology pharmacists to navigate the gaps between research and real-world practice. This one-and-a-half-day meeting features accredited continuing education sessions, interactive roundtables, and panel discussions, allowing attendees to engage directly with clinical specialists, managed care experts, and oncology pharmacists to discuss recently presented data, identify resources needed to successfully implement new therapies and make formulary decisions, examine challenges, and brainstorm solutions to meet organizational demands while improving patient outcomes. This collaborative format is designed to facilitate debate, shared problem-solving, and the exchange of best practices. The agenda has been carefully curated to focus on the most impactful data presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting and the European Hematology Association (EHA) Hybrid Congress.
