Overview
The sessions presented during the AMCP 2026 Annual Meeting will deliver timely, evidence-based education on current and emerging treatment strategies and managed care considerations across a broad range of complex disease states. Topics will include advances in cardiometabolic and cardiorenal disease management; updates in oncology and hematologic malignancies; and evolving therapeutic landscapes in rare, autoimmune, and pulmonary disorders. Programs will also address chronic and progressive conditions such as hypertension, hyperkalemia, muscular dystrophies, neuromuscular diseases, fibrosing interstitial lung diseases, and metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis (MASH).
Across these sessions, learners will examine recent clinical evidence, guideline updates, and emerging therapies, alongside strategies for formulary evaluation, utilization management, and value-based decision-making. Collectively, these programs highlight the role of managed care professionals in addressing therapeutic gaps, supporting timely diagnosis and equitable access, optimizing adherence, and aligning clinical outcomes with sustainable cost-of-care considerations.
