Overview:
The complexity of new regimens and the need for coordination of care across practice and pharmacy settings has reinforced and expanded the roles of oncology pharmacists. This conference is designed for oncology pharmacists to meet as a larger ecosystem of pharmacists working together to identify and develop solutions for responding clinically and operationally to rapidly evolving evidence reported at the 2025 ASCO Annual Meeting. The program agenda facilitates bringing pharmacists focused on cancer care from multiple types of practice settings together to discuss recently presented data, identify resources needed to successfully implement new therapies and make formulary decisions, examine challenges, and brainstorm solutions to meet organizational demands while improving patient outcomes. The core meeting will be composed of accredited continuing education sessions, highlighting the most impactful ASCO abstracts from each disease state delivered as panel discussions to enable debate, discussion, and collaborative peer-exchange.
Oncology Pharmacists Connect 2025 agenda features a comprehensive lineup of sessions designed to enhance your knowledge and practice in oncology pharmacy. OPC 2025 will include:
Expert-Led Discussions: Engage with leading experts in oncology pharmacy through panel discussions and Q&A sessions that will provide deeper insights into clinical, operational, and financial analysis of trial updates and patient care strategies, directly informed by the 2025 ASCO Annual Meeting.

"In our day-to-day work, we often get siloed and stuck in our own little bubble, which can feel very isolating. What I found most valuable about this event was building relationships and realizing that many interdisciplinary partners face the same challenges as me. It was inspiring to see the innovative solutions they're collaborating on, bringing us all closer to finding answers."
